No Franchise Fees to Pay, No Fancy Office Space; Consumers Save!

Technically, Carolina Flat Fee @ Stu Barnes Real Estate is a Traditional Firm.  The only difference is the savings on the listing side of the transaction.  Okay, a few more differences; I have sold real estate in the area for over 20 years, I have plenty of 5 star reviews, and I have happy clients; that is not always the case with a lot of agents.

Different firms have different business models.  There are “entry only” models, where the agent enters the listing in the MLS and the owner represents themselves.  There are other “flat fee” models where there is a small flat fee where the marketing and representation may be questionable.  Then, there are larger “traditional firms” where the commission rates may be higher than desired.  I feel I am offering a solution.  Full service with no cutting corners at a fair, flat fee rate.

The perfect example!  The median home price in Wake County as of 2025 is $467,000.  Just by using this price point, my model will save you approximately $10,300 on the listing side commission.

Also, there are no silly “transaction fees” on top of the commission.  Best of all; I have the experience and confidence sellers need in an agent.

Contact me (below) so I can explain how the model works and how much you could potentially save when selling your home.  And remember, all commissions are negotiable.

I have no huge office space or franchise fees to pay.  In short, I pass the savings along to the consumer.
